WHY

Why we are not
a contract-only salon

I was nobody in particular. Meeting the work of a hairdresser turned my life around completely

So I want a salon to be where hairdressers grow. Not just lending a chair, but staying with you until you grow: that is what a salon is for

Beauty work changes lives. As a beauty company, we give that back to society

Once you have grown, independence is an option

When you can fully stand on your own, you can sign a contract or rent a chair, and we keep working together as owners

FUTURE

Shaping the future
of hair and skin, together

SEAM is now developing its own hair care and skin care. Your sense, from touching guests’ hair and skin every day, is the surest place to start

Hair care developmentTurn the textures you wished for at the chair and the basin into products
Skin care developmentScalp and face are one skin. Bring what a spanist’s hands know into product design
The shop floor and how we share itHow products are chosen and what guests say is missing, turned into the next bottle

You will not start in development alone. While working in the salon or the shop, anyone who wants to take part can

How we think at SEAM

Skills that don’t raise pay, no bookings without clients, practice on days off, nowhere to return after children: we have removed these reasons to quit one by one, through how the company works

SEAM is moving from choosing among 197 brands to making its own. The doubts of people who touch guests’ hair every day are the surest starting point

hanico Inc. / Happiness in life, through the power of beauty
